RULES: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. Contest starts May 25th, and entries must be postmarked by Saturday, June 13, 2015. No A-1 page banner photocopies will be accepted. All entries must have complete name, address, phone number and email address neatly printed on the back of the header or on a seperate sheet of paper. Entry forms are available at our office one per person per day. Enter as many times as you like. Open only to legal residents of NJ who are at least 18 years of age as of date of entry. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. This promotion is sponsored by The New Jersey Herald. Winner selection will be conducted by a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about June 19, 2015. Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within two (2) days from the date contacted, such winner forfeits all rights to win the promotion or receive the prize and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Consent and release by entering the promotion except where prohibited means acceptenance of prize constitutes the consent of any winner, without further compensation, to use the name and likeness of such winner for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes by The New Jersey Herald. There will be three prize winners. First place is a $300 gift card from a supermarket in the New Jersey Herald delivery area. Second place is a $150 gift card from a supermarket in the delivery area. And third prize is a $50 gift certificate from a supermarket in the New Jersey Herald delivery area. Only one winner per household. Photo ID will be required to claim  prize. Employees, independent contractors and members of their families are not eligible to win.
